THE FIRST MEETING

To introduce yourself, outline your expectations for the coaching process, and confirm your desire to work together, as well as to set the financial framework and duration of the process.

The first working time

To define the objective, the problem to be solved, and clarify the indicators to be monitored to validate the achievement of the objective. This clarification process will lead to the exchange of a coaching contract.

6 to 10 sessions of 1.5 hours each

The common thread running through these sessions? Achieving the main coaching objective. They can be an opportunity to address everyday problematic issues, such as "sub-themes" of a larger issue, and to implement an action plan and implement it to achieve the defined objective.
